A group of people chatting

29. Virtual Living Well with MS Scotland

Have you been diagnosed with MS in the last five years? Would you like to connect virtually with people like you who've recently been diagnosed? Do you live in The Borders or Dumfries?

We're delivering virtual Living Well with MS sessions to people across Scotland.

They're a chance to chat, reflect on and share experiences. We'll also look at different ways to support you to live well with MS.

These 4 sessions are for people living in Borders or Dumfries, and will take place on Tuesdays from 28 May to 18 June at 6.30pm - 8pm.

Each week we'll send you some reflective materials to read, consider and work through before taking part in a 1.5 hour virtual meeting.
