37. Virtual Living Well with MS Scotland - Ayrshire & Arran

Are you living with MS? Would you like to connect virtually with people who are also living with MS?

We're delivering virtual Living Well with MS sessions to people across Scotland. This set of virtual meetings is for those living in Ayrshire and Arran who have been diagnosed with MS for over five years.

They're a chance to chat, reflect on and share experiences. We'll also look at different ways to support you to live well with MS.

These 4 sessions will take place on Tuesdays from 6 to 27 August at 6.30am - 8pm.

Each week we'll send you some reflective materials to read, consider and work through before taking part in a 1.5 hour virtual meeting.
