Are you living with MS? Are your symptoms changing? You're not alone.
Are you living with a progressive form of MS? Would you like to meet other people living with progressive forms of MS? You’re not alone.<
We're delivering virtual Wellbeing Sessions to people across the U.K.

The sessions are a chance to chat, reflect on and share experiences. We'll also look at different ways to support you to live well with MS.

The sessions will take place on Monday 5 October, Monday 12 October, Monday 19 October and Monday 26 October from 6.30pm to 8.00pm

What will happen in the sessions?

Your four sessions will take place over 4 weeks, one a week. These are fairly informal and each week will have a different topic. Each session is usually made up of a small group of people from across the UK who have MS and are experiencing a change in their symptoms.

Working flexibly and with participants, we tailor each session to meet the needs of the specific group of people taking part.

Following the sessions you’ll have the opportunity to stay in touch with others online.

What do I need to take part?

All you need to join in is

  • a laptop, tablet, smart phone or computer with inbuilt, or access to a, microphone and camera. That's so we can see and hear each other in the meetings!
  • a stable internet connection for the video meeting software we use.
