39. Living Well with MS - Paisley

Would you like to meet other people who have also recently been diagnosed with MS?

Would you like to share your experiences with others?

We’re running our Living Well with MS sessions in different parts of Scotland and we’d like you to join us! Living Well with MS is held over two half days and will give you the chance to get to know other people who have also recently had a diagnosis. Following the sessions you’ll have the opportunity to stay in touch with others online.

The first session is on Wednesday 14 August from 3pm - 6pm and the second is on Wednesday 28 August 3pm - 6pm.

What does the course include?

The course aims to help you:

  • share your own experience of MS with others
  • feel more confident to set up and successfully achieve daily goals
  • understand what 'self-management' is l
  • earn new skills to help support you to live well with MS
  • have a better understanding of which local organisations can offer you support
