About this webinar

This webinar is on Tuesday 13 October at 7pm.

With World Menopause Day on 18 October we're delighted to welcome back Dr Laura Jarvis, a specialist in sexual and reproductive health. She'll be leading a talk about the menopause focusing on the issues faced by women with MS. This is definitely the place to be if you have any questions about HRT and disease modifying drugs (DMTs).

What will I need to take part?

All you need to join in is a computer, tablet or phone and a stable internet connection to use the video meeting software (Zoom) that we use.

How do I join the webinar?

First of all, make sure you book your place on Eventbrite. Before the webinar starts we’ll send you an email with a link to the event. We’ll also let you know how to ask questions and make comments.

When the webinar is due to start, click on the link and you’ll be taken to the event. If the session hasn’t started, you’ll see a message to tell you this. Just hang on, and when the session starts you’ll see 2 or 3 people pop up on your screen.

Please note, if you haven’t received our email please check your spam or junk folder.

Can I ask questions?

Usually you’ll be able to ask questions and make comments. The facilitator will let you know how to do this.

Our licence only allows for the first 100 people to ask questions during the event. But you can include a question when you book on Eventbrite, and we’ll send it to the speaker beforehand.

Please note, we can’t respond or offer advice to questions about your specific circumstances or anything relating to your own personal health. If several people ask similar questions we may group them together, but might not answer your specific question.
