It can be hard to stay active when you have MS. But we can help you find ways to move more and stay healthy.

MS Helpline

Our MS Helpline gives emotional support and information to everyone affected by MS. Give us a ring to chat about everything MS, or get help with benefits, legal advice and getting active.

Befriending service

Our befriending service gives you the opportunity to have a weekly phone call with your matched volunteer for 12 weeks.
