The Cardiff & District Branch has 220 members and operates two minibuses and a physiotherapy scheme through the local hospital
They meet every Wednesday afternoon at Cyncoed Methodist Church from 2pm and enjoy speakers and social sessions. Other activities include swimming, yoga, short mat bowling, reflexology and monthly evening social get-togethers.
