Volunteer for MS Cymru
The Multiple Sclerosis Society has over 9000 volunteers all of whom play a unique role in helping the MS Society to provide the support and information that people affected by MS need.
As well as supporting our work, volunteering for the MS Society can be fun, rewarding, a great way to meet new people and an excellent opportunity to use your existing skills and develop new ones.
There are many ways you can volunteer to help the MS Society and people affected by MS. Typical volunteering opportunities in Wales include:
- Volunteering for your local MS Society branch
- Volunteering at the MS Cymru central office
- Assisting with events across Wales
- Becoming a 'telephone buddy', helping people who are undergoing diagnosis, have recently been diagnosed, or are in the early stages of MS.

- Working from your own home, as a telephone Helpline officer, on our UK MS Society Helpline.
