Cardiff 1/2 Marathon 
Last year's Cardiff ½ Marathon was the largest event to date, raising a total of over £400,000 for charities in Wales and nearly £10,000 for MS Society Cymru.
This year, help us to reach a higher target and recruit even more runners for our team. If you or anyone you know wants to take part, please email us and let us know. We’ll help you along the way and provide a t-shirt and full fundraising pack.

MS Daredevils: Swansea Sky Dive 
Experience the ultimate adrenaline rush; a 12,000ft tandem sky dive with fantastic views of the Gower Peninsula.
Join our team of 45 people on the 3 & 4 May ‘09 to help raise awareness of MS throughout MS week.
