Taking part in or attending an event is probably the most fun way that you can help MS Cymru.
Thanks to individuals and companies giving their time and energy we are able to continue our work with and for people affected by multiple sclerosis.
This section gives you information on events that are taking place across Wales, the UK and overseas, with advice on how you can get involved.
