Training plans for MS Superstars

Seasoned runners will always advocate using a training plan that suits you and your ability. If you find a good one and stick to it, you will be ready for the race!

Whilst the MS Society are not trained fitness experts, we have found some training plans that may be useful for you.

Click on the following links to look at these training plans for runners of all levels. We have plans for beginner, intermediate and experienced runners who are doing marathons or half marathons.
