To provide people with MS, their carers, family and friends with up-to-date, authoritative information on multiple sclerosis (both electronically and on paper) in a relaxed and supportive environment, that enables all those affected by MS to be in control of their information needs.

To provide support and guidance to outside agencies and individuals, including MS Society branches, to enable them to provide quality information to those affected by MS.
