MS Society Lifeline
The MS Society Lifeline Service is a 24 hour monitored alarm service providing instant response at the touch of a button.
The service can provide you with the confidence and ability to remain in your own home, safe in the knowledge that help is always available when and if it is needed.
MS Society Lifeline, in partnership with Tunstall, provides installation of a base unit linked up to a response centre, a pendant alarm, and monitoring costs for one year to people with MS who spend most of their time alone at home. This service is currently only available to people in England and Wales.
In the instance of a fall or an emergency, activating the alarm will raise a call to a 24 hour response centre. If assistance is needed a designated key-holder nominated by you will be contacted. If no key holder can be contacted the emergency services will be called.

- This service is primarily aimed at low income households and applicants cannot have over £16,000 in disposable household savings.
- This service is not available to people who already have an in-home monitored alarm service provided through their local council or funded privately.
