Disability Living Allowance can make a big difference to people’s lives. Yet it is estimated that fewer than half of all those who are eligible actually claim. Use this guide to find out if you might be eligible, understand how to apply, and how to renew any existing claims.

The fifth edition (September 2008) is designed to be used with the DLA claim form in use from 27 October 2008.
