The following is a list of research projects that are currently looking for volunteers to participate.

This information should not be interpreted as advice or recommendation for participation in any given study.

Researchers at The British School of Osteopathy, London are investigating the perceived effectiveness of complementary and alternative medicine for the treatment of MS.
 

Do you have MS and are of Maltese origin?

The author of the study is interested to find out if UK born children of Maltese immigrants to the UK have a higher incidence of MS, unlike their parents born in Malta. If this is the case, it will increase the evidence for the importance of exposure to the local environment (i.e. in this case migration to the UK) as a risk of developing MS.

Estimating your own Memory Ability

Researchers at Brunel University, London are investigating how accurately people with MS can assess their own memory abilities. You do not need have day-to-day memory problems to be involved in the study.

The study involves two questionnaires and a 1 hour session to measure memory and reasoning.

People in the Greater & Central London area are sought for this study.
