Details: Basingstoke Branch runs an active Physiotherapy group every Thursday at Audleys Resource Services. Group and individual sessions are available. Contact the branch on 01256 352625 for more information.

Lymington and District Branch

Details: Sessions are held weekly at Boyd Physiotherapy near Lymington town centre starting at 1.30 p.m. with alternate weeks being dedicated to chair based exercises or standing workouts for the more energetic. Tea and biscuits are available after the sessions for those who have 'earned' them! For more information see the website link below or contact us by email.

Southampton & District Branch

Details: Sessions are held weekly at the Mencap Centre Portswood Road Portswood from 10:30 onwards . With both chair based exercises and standing workouts for the more energetic. Portsmouth & District Branch

Details: Come along to our friendly physio sessions with Sandra, sessions are fortnightly, if you are in a wheelchair you will still be able to join in the fun 10.45am to 12.00pm. All sessions are held at Frank Sorrell Centre, Prince Albert Road, Southsea, Hampshire, PO4 9HR.

Winchester & District Branch

Details: The Winchester & District Physiotherapy Group started in 2006. It is held every fortnight on a Tuesday morning from 10.00 am to 11.00 am. Two qualified Neurological Physiotherapists Sarah and Claire organise the group. Sarah runs the group and Claire withdraws members for a one to one session. It is held in The Hobbs Rehabilitation Centre at Bridgets Lane, Martyr Worthy, near Winchester.
