Branches

Details: Local branches of the multiple sclerosis (MS) Society all have support officers and others who may be able to advise on more local issues. Many have websites containing information on local services and events.

MS Therapy Centres

Neurological Alliance

NHS Trusts

Details: Hospital trusts are found in most large towns and cities, and usually offer a general range of services to meet most people's needs. A listing of NHS Trusts in the West Midlands ia available here.


Rainbow of Hope

Details: Rainbow of Hope is a support group primarily for people affected by multiple sclerosis from black and ethnic minority groups.

Strategic Health Authorities

Details: 8 Strategic Health Authorities were created by the government in 2002 to manage the local NHS on behalf of the Secretary of State.

Strategic Health Authorities manage the NHS locally and are a key link between the Department of Health and the NHS.
