On 9 June 2010 the MS Society’s Board of Trustees decided on the Society’s new strategy for respite care – not before. Over the last year the MS Society’s respite care review has focused on finding out the needs and aspirations of people living with MS, and whether current services meet these needs, to help shape the MS Society’s future respite care strategy.
Options for this strategy, based on the review, will be discussed and decided on by the Society’s Board of Trustees at their meeting on 9 June. The paper for this meeting, which sets out the different options for the Society, is now available to read on our website.
