MS specialist nurses differ in a number of ways and the precise nature their role will depend on whether they are in a neurology clinic, a rehabilitation unit or working in the community. What they have in common is they can listen to concerns and give information, help with assessment and management of MS symptoms, refer on to other specialists like physiotherapists, and help co-ordinate MS care.
