North Norfolk

The North Norfolk Branch is set in a beautiful part of the countryside. Bordering a wonderful coastline, and welcoming many visitors during the Summer months.

Covering all the North Norfolk Coastal area plus Aylsham, and North Walsham areas.

The Branch supports LAMS (Life and MS) which is a day centre meeting once a week. It is run by its own members and all activities are decided upon by people with MS. LAMS offers social, practical and physical benefits - whether it's arts and crafts which rings your bell, or computer technology, chess, Scrabble - or just the opportunity to meet with others and have a chat or read the papers! Group physiotherapy and individual massage sessions are a regular feature, as is welfare advice and the opportunity to talk with our local neuro nurse who drops in each week. Above all, we have a great day and many friendships have been made.

Age and level of disability are not an issue - we have professional Crossroads carers to deal with any personal care needs and our membership includes a wide range of both sexes! Transport can be arranged in most cases.

LAMS offers a great opportunity to get out, become involved and do your own thing.
