Devon Carers

If you look after a family member or a friend on a regular basis, you are a CARER.

There are six local Carers Links, run by voluntary agencies supported by Health and Social Services in Devon. These services are open to all ages whatever the needs are of the person they care for. Please remember these services are open to all carers, not just those of MS suffers.

Being a member of your local Carers Link can provide the following:

• free carers information pack
• free benefits checks
• free quarterly Devon Link magazine
• access to 'Take a Break' services
• information / access to local young carers project
• training opportunities
• carers newsletters
• support groups
• assistance to attend your local Carer's Forum
• emergency response cards
• contact details for social or health care
