Multiple Sclerosis Society

The MS Society is the UK’s largest charity dedicated to supporting everyone whose life is touched by MS. It provides respite care, a freephone MS Helpline, grants for home adaptations and mobility aids, education and training, specialist MS nurses and a wide range of information. Local branches cater for people of all ages and interests and are run by people with direct experience of MS.

The MS Society also funds around 50 vital MS research projects in the UK.

Terrence Higgins Trust

Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) is the largest HIV and sexual health charity in England and Wales. It offers a wide range of services to people living with, affected by and at risk of HIV or sexual ill health. The charity also campaigns and lobbies for greater political and public understanding of the personal, social and medical impact of HIV and sexual ill health.

The National AIDS Trust (NAT) is the UK’s leading independent policy and campaigning voice on HIV and AIDS. We develop policies and campaign to halt the spread of HIV and AIDS, and improve the quality of life of people affected by HIV, both in the UK and internationally.

UKC is a group of people living with HIV and AIDS, campaigning, researching and providing services by and for people like ourselves. Our Aim is to enable the diverse voices of people living with HIV and AIDS to be heard in order to influence change.

Ensuring Positive Futures

Ensuring Positive Futures (EPF) is a partnership of 16 organisations encompassing the HIV sector, trade unions, employers and public sector. The six core partners are HIV and AIDS charities : National AIDS Trust (NAT), Oasis North London (ONL), Positive East (PE), Positively Women (PW), Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) and the lead partner is the UK Coalition of People Living with HIV and AIDS (UKC). The partnership has been set up to combat workplace discrimination against people living with HIV, and to find innovative ways of supporting people with HIV to get into and stay in employment.
