Point of diagnosis

people with multiple sclerosis, cancer and HIV got protection from discrimination, effectively from the point of diagnosis.

On the 5th December 2005 the inclusion of multiple sclerosis (MS), cancer and HIV in the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) was made simpler and clearer. A number of organisations have joined together to make sure everyone knows what this means.
