Webby Worthy honour for Society website

The MS Society website has received special recognition from the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, which honours excellence in web design, functionality and creativity.
At its 9th Annual Webby Awards ceremony in New York, the Academy introduced its Webby Worthy recognition for only the top fifth of the 4,300 sites in more than 60 categories entered in 2005 from more than 40 countries.
The Academy is a world-wide organisation dedicated to the creative, technical and professional progress of new media. Its membership of 500 includes leading web experts, business leaders and creative celebrities, including David Bowie, Matt Groening, creator of The Simpsons. Sir Richard Branson and Anita Roddick.
