Meeting other people with MS, or in the process of being diagnosed, who can relate to the way you feel, can be the first step in coming to terms and dealing with MS.
We meet every Friday 2.00pm to 4pm at the new Wellington Centre in Winchester Road, Andover SP10 2EG
Every week, our friendly therapy exercise leader really helps us stretch those stiff legs and every two weeks, Reflexology and Reiki specialists are also at hand. These therapies can ease your symptons as well as providing a boost to your overall feeling of wellbeing.
With a cuppa and chance to chat, this is super place to come and we look forward to welcoming you this week.
