The MS Society's walking programme for 2008 began on Sunday 30 March when Wheel & Walk took place through the streets of Manchester. If you took part in Wheel & Walk Manchester and have not given us your views, we would really appreciate you completing our evaluation form. The second Wheel & Walk of 2008 will be held in the historic setting of Windsor Great Park. Three routes will be available on the day so you can choose the challenge that best suits you! Applications are open and more information is available at our Wheel & Walk at Windsor Great Park page.

A big thank you to all MS Society supporters who took part in Just Walk on Saturday 10 May. We hope you all had a fantastic time and the weather was beautiful. Just Walk is run by logistics company ATD and in 2008 took place in the Sussex countryside with 20km and 60km routes. If you are interested in taking part and supporting the MS Society in 2009, the Just Walk website has more information.

Once you have paid the entry fee for Just Walk, ALL the money you raise will go to your chosen charity. So, whether you raise £10 or £10,000, your chosen charity will get it ALL. There are no hidden overheads. If you choose to sign up and support the MS Society, simply let us know and we will send you out a fundraising pack complete with sponsor forms and t-shirt.
