Calf and ankle stretch - Exercising with MS - Warm up (6 of 7)
This stretch is useful as a warm up or cool down. Before or after exercise, ensure you stretch your thigh leg muscles. To do this stretch, you should make sure you have something to hold onto for balance.
The video is led by Sally Gunnell OBE, an MS Society supporter, and is part of the MS Society's Exercising with MS DVD.
