After a fantastic MS awards ceremony celebrating the stars of the MS community, we're delighted to be able to announce the winners! Special guests boyband JLS, food critic Jay Rayner, TV presenter Phillipa Forrester, radio 1 DJ Scott Mills and TV chef Ainsley Harriot helped us congratulate our brilliant MS stars:
