A group based approach to fatigue management (professional event)
This course aims to provide health and social care professionals from a variety of backgrounds with a guide for helping people with MS to manage their fatigue.
It will equip participants to deliver a 6 week, group-based fatigue management programme in their local area. The programme is designed to help individuals cope with multiple sclerosis-related fatigue and to manage this common, complex and often disabling symptom.
