This course aims to provide health and social care professionals from a variety of backgrounds with a guide for helping people with MS to manage their fatigue.

It will equip participants to deliver a 6 week, group-based fatigue management programme in their local area. The  programme is designed to help individuals cope with multiple sclerosis-related fatigue and to manage this common, complex and often disabling symptom.

10:00-10:45        Welcome from the chair and introduction to day 

10:45-11:30       Overview of 6 week programme 

                         Interactive session about group work

11:30-11:45        Break

11:45-12:45        Interactive session focussing on sessions 1-3

12:45-13:30        Lunch

13:30-14:45        Interactive session focussing on session 4

14:45-15:00        Break

15:00-16:00        Interactive session focussing on session 5

Health and social care professionals with experience of facilitating group work and an understanding of Cognitive Behavioural approaches, e.g.
