The MS Society is the UK’s largest charity for people affected by MS. The Operations Department provides, commissions and influences services for people at a national and local level.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the busy Operational Delivery team in England. Working closely with four Area Managers, you will provide project management and administrative support to progress operational delivery work. This will involve coordinating Area staff events, overseeing projects and liaising with other departments.
You will also ensure the Area Managers team function runs smoothly. This will include e-mail management, organising meetings and events relating to project work and taking notes at meetings.
The ideal candidate will have experience of providing administrative support in an office environment as well as some experience of project management. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with the ability to manage a mixed workload. You will have excellent communication skills and be able persuade and motivate others.
