Supporter Services Administrator

Our people are key to our success, and we offer a vibrant, progressive environment where you will make a difference. We are looking for a Supporter Services Administrator to join our busy team.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive and effective support for our fundraising and marketing activities. This will include the processing of supporter information as well as financial donations from our supporters including members. You will also provide first class customer care to the Society’s supporters, promoting positive relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity to build on your experience of customer service. You will have a proven track record in dealing with complex and sensitive enquires by telephone and in writing, and excellent database and data entry skills.
