Hello again

I am sorry to post again, sometimes I feel like I am chuggin along quite nicely and convince myself there is nothing going on then something else happens :(

Last night I noticed a patch on my big toe is numb, I find it really odd that its just this patch, the base of the toe is fuzzy. - I can not believe that this has happened just three days after seeing the Neurologist. I suppose i know it could be related but its such a small areal ? Are other people who experience numbness used toit being a small area? About the size of a 50p

Thank you

I have a patch between my big toe and second toe that is often numb. The tip of my big toe also joins in from time to time. When it gets worse and/or my finger tips join in, then I know I need to rest to try and stave off a relapse.

It's not generally anything to worry about unless it spreads.

ooops sorry I didnt think the first one had posted!!  Rizzo do you mind be asking, you say you rest to stave off a relapse.  This is my first "episode" and I have been numb/tingling in my right leg for approx 3 months now but I'm doing the opposite - going to the gym, swimming etc to "keep it  going" Im am beginning to think my leg will never feel normal again, will it? Do you think I should be resting?

I get the same thing under my 2nd and 3rd toes quite often.Comes and goes. Mainly on the right but occasionally on the left too. Weird feeling like I've got socks bunched up under my feet when walking and when I touch it, prod it etc absolutely no feeling at all. Weird weird weird.confused

~Thanks all :) I spose I am most frustrated because when the neuro examined me I hadnt had numbness before - pins and needles and burning yes but not numbness. It is still there now and the pins and needles are worse in that foot tonight. I am supposed to be not thinking about my symptoms according to my neurologist but thats difficult now!
