All potential applicants must work closely with the MS Society to develop their application.

Before applying, applicants must read the policy and guidance document, which is available for download at the bottom of this page.

Applications should clearly demonstrate:

• Clear needs case considering equity of provision and how the proposed post-holder will be networked into existing services along the care pathway
• Clear partnership working with statutory providers
• A full breakdown of costs to allow the panel a clear picture of funds required
• A commitment from the employing Trust to pick up full funding of the post after the period of the grant (usually three years)
