What we do

Afternoon meetings are held at the Shirley Centre, Stratford Road on the second and fourth Mondays of the month from 2pm - 4pm. We meet for a chat and a cup of tea and either have a quiz or a speaker. A raffle is held at each meeting with proceeds going to branch funds.

During June, July & September meetings are only held on the second Monday of the month. There is no meeting during August.

Transport to meetings may be available by branch ambulance. Please contact the Transport Manager on 0121 745 7981 to arrange.

The branch also offers different therapies at a minimal charge. These consist of reflexology, aromatherpy, chiropody and physiotherapy all performed in your own home by fully qualified therapists. If you are interested in any of these contact the Branch on 0121 745 7981.

A drop in centre is held on the 3rd Monday of the month (10am -2pm) at Shirley, offering information and a chance to try a complementary therapy. We have a large range of brochures and information on MS. Everyone is welcome, people with MS, carers, friends and relatives.

The drop in centre held at the Lowbrook Centre, Chicester Drive, Chelmsley Wood has been discontinued.
