We are a group of people from the city of Birmingham who are all linked by multiple sclerosis (MS), whether we have it ourselves or a family member or a friend has it, or we are carers.
We are pleased to help anyone who is affected by MS whether they are a member or not.
We have plans for a number of events, services and outings and recently held a curry night at a pub in the Kings Heath area of South Birmingham. See the news page for further details of the event.
 
The branch has an ambulance which we use to take Birmingham branch members who need transport to our different activities. Our ambulance is an LDV fully accessible 12 seater with space for 3 wheelchair users. It has an under floor lift with 4 sets of Quatro ATF restraints and belts. The ambulance has been dedicated to the memory of Louie Fenton.

The caravan has a ramp access with a wheel in shower/toilet area, wider exterior doorways and exterior porch lights for easy access. It also has a TV with built in video, a CD radio, a couple of family boardgames, a fire extinguisher, a fire blanket and smoke detector, a high output water heater, PVC-u double glazing throughout, gas combi central heating, fridge/freezer and a gas cooker. Unfortunately the caravan cannot take electric wheelchairs due to weight and there are no pets allowed except assistance dogs. There are two bedrooms with two single beds in each. There is also a double pull-out bed in the living room area - making Rita a six berth caravan!
Optional purchase of the Unity passes for entry into RJ's, the swimming pool etc, can be purchased from Unity on arrival.
The rental rate is as little as £150 per week for bookings where someone has MS. Where someone does not have MS the rate is £200 - £250 per week. Families with school age children will be given priority during the school holidays. Further details on 01564 773025
