      MS Trust chatroom
    Thursday 25 September

    Location: MS Trust Website
During MS Awareness Week (27 April-3 May) the MS Trust will be running two chatrooms - one on cognition issues and the other for partners of someone with MS.

The MS Trust runs regular chat room sessions on their website which allow people to address questions directly to professionals with expertise in an area of life with MS or to discuss the topic with other people in a similar situation.

The chat room will give the opportunity for people with MS to ask questions, share experiences and discuss the impact on their lives.

If people are not able to take part on the day, they can still ask a question by email or by ringing the MS Trust on 01462 476700. A transcript of this session will be available a few days after the chat room.

For more information visit the MS Trust chat room, where you can also find transcripts of previous chat rooms and a poster to help publicise the event.

Invitation: The Way Ahead – the future of health and social care in Devon

Devon Primary Care Trust and Devon County Council, Adult and Community Services have recently published their vision and strategy for improving health and social care over the next five years. They are now seeking views from people in Devon before they prepare a final version of this strategy in the summer.

We are arranging a series of meetings at which we can explore the ideas more fully, and we would very much welcome their help and contribution.
We are hoping for a good number of different people from different areas across Devon.
Our approach to these sessions will be to have some introductory presentations and the opportunity to look at different aspects of care in detail.

To book a place at one of these events, please download the form from the link below and return the reply slip.
Closing date for applications is Thursday 17th April.
Alternatively, if you would like to see The Way Ahead before this, you can find it at www.devon.gov.uk/haveyoursay or indicate on the return slip that you would like a hard copy sent to you.
