Big Survey – Let us know how we’re doing
The MS Society surveyed over 10,000 people last year about their experiences with MS and how they thought the MS Society was doing to support them. Over 3,700 people responded to the survey, which is an excellent response rate.
This is the third year the Society has run the Big Survey. Once again, the survey showed high levels of satisfaction with the Society overall and with specific examples of the Society’s services. Particularly high scoring were our information publications, MS nurses, MS Matters and our website. Funding MS research emerged as a top priority for people with MS, endorsing the Society’s decision to increase the amount dedicated to research.
We will use the results of the survey to ensure that the Society continues to improve its services and we would like to thank everyone who responded. You can read more about the results in the Big Survey 2007 final report.
