Saturday March 9th 2002
Today I attended a workshop called: Meditation - To Quieten the Mind. We spent most of the day with our eyes closed! Each period of meditation began
with the basic calming exercises which relaxed the body from head to toe. I felt the pain in my lower back and shoulders fade away.


Sunday March 10th 2002
Woke up feeling relaxed from yesterday. Started the day with my usual vitamin regime. I sprinkle 'Living Food' and Linseeds on my Crunchy Nut Cornflakes. Then later in the day I take evening primrose oil capsules.

Later still I take Osteocare as I do not eat dairy, though sometimes I forget to take this.
