Debra's diary

Monday.
Luckily I don't suffer much from the Monday morning blues. Taped the morning's programmes on Radio 4, which lull me off to a gentle afternoon nap.

Tuesday.
Tuesday, my cleaner now does her work for a couple of hours. Doing all the household chores and trying to pursue interesting hobbies is too exhausting for me, so I'm glad to see the cavalry arrive!

Wednesday.
Normally a free day, but if my bus pass arrives, I would fancy going into Swansea City for some 'retail therapy.'

Thursday.
The local MS centre. We're fortunate to have one in Swansea and it is a good way of mixing with people in similar situations. I usually come away feeling in a better mood.

Friday.
A family day. Visit my aged parents. Friday afternoon is 'wind down' time.

Saturday.
I like to relax and at present, am enjoying the football. Might take in a movie in the evening, to take me 'out of myself'.

Sunday.
Church-orientated. I don't attend every week, but feel spiritually uplifted when I do.
Relax with a nice glass of wine and a good book in the evening.
